Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARF4-AS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,602 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARF4-AS1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SEC63_T537, DMXL1_S1285, and HTT_S1874. Each is linked with ARF4-AS1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARF4-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-ARF4-AS1 results are reported.
