The most reproducible ARF4-AS1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SEC63_T537, DMXL1_S1285, and HTT_S1874. Each is linked with ARF4-AS1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARF4-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-ARF4-AS1 results are reported.
