Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ARF4-AS1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 23 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ARF4-AS1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher ARF4-AS1 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ARF4-AS1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as THYM and STAD show a favorable association.

KIRC, THYM, and STAD are the cancer types where ARF4-AS1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
