ARCN1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARCN1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,108 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARCN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CYCSP46, RNU1-57P, and RN7SKP181. Each is linked with ARCN1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARCN1-to-partner and partner-to-ARCN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CYCSP46 grouped by ARCN1-low versus ARCN1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARCN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARCN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
