ARAP3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ARAP3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 466 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARAP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are SCN10A, C1orf146, and DPH1. Each is linked with ARAP3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARAP3-to-partner and partner-to-ARAP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SCN10A grouped by ARAP3-low versus ARAP3-high in CNS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARAP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARAP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
