ARAFP3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARAFP3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,653 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARAFP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPS26P30, RN7SL645P, and RNU6-739P. Each is linked with ARAFP3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARAFP3-to-partner and partner-to-ARAFP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARAFP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARAFP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
