RN7SL645P expression is associated with patient survival in 11 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in KIRC. Additionally, RN7SL645P RNA expression shows 3,790 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in COAD. Together, these results highlight KIRC, and COAD as cancer lineages where RN7SL645P shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
