Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ARAFP3 RNA is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ARAFP3 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in glioblastoma multiforme (GBM), where higher ARAFP3 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ARAFP3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

GBM, STAD, and LGG are the cancer types where ARAFP3 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
