AR

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AR protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,925 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AR-associated genes across cancer lineages are CYRIB, SKA3, and SH3BGRL. Each is linked with AR in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AR-to-partner and partner-to-AR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AR versus CYRIB in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.40.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AR→partner) and Y-score (partner→AR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
