AQP9

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AQP9 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,432 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AQP9-associated genes across cancer lineages are ANKRD20A6P, C15orf61, and ATAD3C. Each is linked with AQP9 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AQP9-to-partner and partner-to-AQP9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ANKRD20A6P grouped by AQP9-low versus AQP9-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AQP9→partner) and Y-score (partner→AQP9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
