AQP8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AQP8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,764 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AQP8-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR2278, MIR3978, and MIR4681. Each is linked with AQP8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AQP8-to-partner and partner-to-AQP8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR2278 grouped by AQP8-low versus AQP8-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AQP8→partner) and Y-score (partner→AQP8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
