AQP8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, AQP8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AQP8-associated genes across cancer lineages are MOS, OR1L3, and OR4E1. Each is linked with AQP8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AQP8-to-partner and partner-to-AQP8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MOS grouped by AQP8-low versus AQP8-high in PANCREAS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AQP8→partner) and Y-score (partner→AQP8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
