AQP5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AQP5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,737 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AQP5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GMDS, SGSM3, and STARD10. Each is linked with AQP5 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AQP5-to-partner and partner-to-AQP5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AQP5 versus GMDS in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AQP5→partner) and Y-score (partner→AQP5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
