Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, AQP5 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,942 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible AQP5-associated genes across cancer lineages are AQP2, AQP6, and AGR2. Each is linked with AQP5 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AQP5-to-partner and partner-to-AQP5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AQP5 versus AQP2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AQP5→partner) and Y-score (partner→AQP5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
