AQP4-AS1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AQP4-AS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,270 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AQP4-AS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are AQP4, CHST9, and POLI. Each is linked with AQP4-AS1 in more than 25 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AQP4-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-AQP4-AS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AQP4-AS1 versus AQP4 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AQP4-AS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→AQP4-AS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
