AQP11

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AQP11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,445 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AQP11-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RSF1, TDRKH, and VEZF1. Each is linked with AQP11 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AQP11-to-partner and partner-to-AQP11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AQP11 versus RSF1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AQP11→partner) and Y-score (partner→AQP11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
