Across TCGA cell cohorts, AQP11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,952 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible AQP11-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of intracellular steroid hormone receptor signaling pathway, Glycerolipid biosynthetic process, and Phospholipid biosynthetic process. Each is linked with AQP11 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AQP11-to-partner and partner-to-AQP11 results are reported.
