APOL4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, APOL4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,619 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible APOL4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LCP2, GBP1, and GBP5. Each is linked with APOL4 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APOL4-to-partner and partner-to-APOL4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, APOL4 versus LCP2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.60.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (APOL4→partner) and Y-score (partner→APOL4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
