APOL4

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, APOL4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,230 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible APOL4-associated genes across cancer lineages are DMXL2, SPG11, and OIP5. Each is linked with APOL4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APOL4-to-partner and partner-to-APOL4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, APOL4 versus DMXL2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (APOL4→partner) and Y-score (partner→APOL4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
