APOL4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, APOL4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 602 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible APOL4-associated genes across cancer lineages are CHAF1A, MSANTD3, and ORC6. Each is linked with APOL4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APOL4-to-partner and partner-to-APOL4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CHAF1A grouped by APOL4-low versus APOL4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (APOL4→partner) and Y-score (partner→APOL4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
