Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, APOL4 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 1,119 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible APOL4-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF384, NR4A2, and FEM1B. Each is linked with APOL4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APOL4-to-partner and partner-to-APOL4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZNF384 grouped by APOL4-low versus APOL4-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (APOL4→partner) and Y-score (partner→APOL4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
