Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, APOC4-APOC2 RNA is linked to patient survival in 25 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated APOC4-APOC2 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher APOC4-APOC2 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated APOC4-APOC2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA and LUAD show a favorable association.

ACC, LGG, and BLCA are the cancer types where APOC4-APOC2 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
