APOC3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, APOC3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,081 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible APOC3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SELENOP, SERPINA1, and SERPINA10. Each is linked with APOC3 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APOC3-to-partner and partner-to-APOC3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, APOC3 versus SELENOP in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.73.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (APOC3→partner) and Y-score (partner→APOC3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
