APOC3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, APOC3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 55 significant associations in total. LUSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible APOC3-associated genes across cancer lineages are HDAC9-AS1, RNU6-675P, and RNA5SP36. Each is linked with APOC3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APOC3-to-partner and partner-to-APOC3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HDAC9-AS1 grouped by APOC3-low versus APOC3-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (APOC3→partner) and Y-score (partner→APOC3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
