Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, APOC1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,961 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible APOC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are IL6, SLC2A3, and SERPINE1. Each is linked with APOC1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APOC1-to-partner and partner-to-APOC1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, APOC1 versus IL6 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (APOC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→APOC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
