Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, APOC1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,343 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible APOC1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are AMBP, APOA1, and APOA4. Each is linked with APOC1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APOC1-to-partner and partner-to-APOC1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, APOC1 versus AMBP in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.75.
protein abundance associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (APOC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→APOC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
