APOC1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, APOC1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 105 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible APOC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNORD116-11, MIR520C, and SFTPA3P. Each is linked with APOC1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APOC1-to-partner and partner-to-APOC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SNORD116-11 grouped by APOC1-low versus APOC1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (APOC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→APOC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
