Across TCGA cell cohorts, APOC1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,587 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible APOC1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Chylomicron remnant clearance, Triglyceride-rich lipoprotein particle clearance, and Very-low-density lipoprotein particle clearance. Each is linked with APOC1 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APOC1-to-partner and partner-to-APOC1 results are reported.
