APOBR

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, APOBR RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,686 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible APOBR-associated proteins across cancer lineages are APOBR_T572, NCF2, and LSP1. Each is linked with APOBR in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APOBR-to-partner and partner-to-APOBR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (APOBR→partner) and Y-score (partner→APOBR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
