APOBEC3G

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, APOBEC3G RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,914 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible APOBEC3G-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SAMHD1, SKAP2, and ITGAL. Each is linked with APOBEC3G in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APOBEC3G-to-partner and partner-to-APOBEC3G results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, APOBEC3G versus SAMHD1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (APOBEC3G→partner) and Y-score (partner→APOBEC3G) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
