APOBEC3G

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, APOBEC3G protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,513 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible APOBEC3G-associated genes across cancer lineages are CYTH4, APOBEC3H, and ETV7. Each is linked with APOBEC3G in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APOBEC3G-to-partner and partner-to-APOBEC3G results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, APOBEC3G versus CYTH4 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (APOBEC3G→partner) and Y-score (partner→APOBEC3G) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
