APOBEC3G

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, APOBEC3G mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible APOBEC3G-associated genes across cancer lineages are MEK1, PCNA, and P-Cadherin. Each is linked with APOBEC3G in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APOBEC3G-to-partner and partner-to-APOBEC3G results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MEK1 grouped by APOBEC3G-low versus APOBEC3G-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (APOBEC3G→partner) and Y-score (partner→APOBEC3G) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
