APOBEC3G

Across TCGA cell cohorts, APOBEC3G RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,145 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible APOBEC3G-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Antigen processing and presentation of exogenous peptide antigen via MHC class Ib, CD8-positive, alpha-beta T cell activation, and T cell activation involved in immune response. Each is linked with APOBEC3G in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APOBEC3G-to-partner and partner-to-APOBEC3G results are reported.
