APOBEC3F

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, APOBEC3F RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,510 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible APOBEC3F-associated proteins across cancer lineages are APOBEC3C, PSMB10, and SERPINB9. Each is linked with APOBEC3F in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APOBEC3F-to-partner and partner-to-APOBEC3F results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, APOBEC3F versus APOBEC3C in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (APOBEC3F→partner) and Y-score (partner→APOBEC3F) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
