APOBEC3F

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, APOBEC3F protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,556 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible APOBEC3F-associated genes across cancer lineages are APOBEC3G, APOBEC3D, and APOBEC3C. Each is linked with APOBEC3F in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APOBEC3F-to-partner and partner-to-APOBEC3F results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, APOBEC3F versus APOBEC3G in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (APOBEC3F→partner) and Y-score (partner→APOBEC3F) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
