APOBEC3F

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, APOBEC3F mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 33 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible APOBEC3F-associated genes across cancer lineages are p70-S6K_pT389, 14-3-3_beta, and eEF2. Each is linked with APOBEC3F in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APOBEC3F-to-partner and partner-to-APOBEC3F results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, p70-S6K_pT389 grouped by APOBEC3F-low versus APOBEC3F-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (APOBEC3F→partner) and Y-score (partner→APOBEC3F) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
