APOBEC3F

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, APOBEC3F mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 215 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible APOBEC3F-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD300LB, CNGA2, and CBY1. Each is linked with APOBEC3F in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APOBEC3F-to-partner and partner-to-APOBEC3F results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CD300LB grouped by APOBEC3F-low versus APOBEC3F-high in OESOPHAGUS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (APOBEC3F→partner) and Y-score (partner→APOBEC3F) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
