APOBEC3D

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, APOBEC3D RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,950 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible APOBEC3D-associated genes across cancer lineages are APOBEC3G, APOBEC3F, and APOBEC3C. Each is linked with APOBEC3D in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APOBEC3D-to-partner and partner-to-APOBEC3D results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, APOBEC3D versus APOBEC3G in SKCM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.83.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (APOBEC3D→partner) and Y-score (partner→APOBEC3D) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
