Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, APOBEC3D RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,315 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible APOBEC3D-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GBP1, PSMB10, and PSMB9. Each is linked with APOBEC3D in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APOBEC3D-to-partner and partner-to-APOBEC3D results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, APOBEC3D versus GBP1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.25.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (APOBEC3D→partner) and Y-score (partner→APOBEC3D) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
