APOBEC3D

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, APOBEC3D mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,977 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible APOBEC3D-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP113, LINC01035, and CDRT15P5. Each is linked with APOBEC3D in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APOBEC3D-to-partner and partner-to-APOBEC3D results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP113 grouped by APOBEC3D-low versus APOBEC3D-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (APOBEC3D→partner) and Y-score (partner→APOBEC3D) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
