APOBEC3D

Across TCGA cell cohorts, APOBEC3D RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,608 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible APOBEC3D-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Antigen processing and presentation of endogenous peptide antigen via MHC class I, CD8-positive, alpha-beta T cell differentiation, and T cell activation involved in immune response. Each is linked with APOBEC3D in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APOBEC3D-to-partner and partner-to-APOBEC3D results are reported.
