APOBEC3D

Across TCGA cell cohorts, APOBEC3D mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible APOBEC3D-associated genes across cancer lineages are TNP1, SLC15A5, and GSG1L2. Each is linked with APOBEC3D in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APOBEC3D-to-partner and partner-to-APOBEC3D results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TNP1 grouped by APOBEC3D-low versus APOBEC3D-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
