APOBEC3C

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, APOBEC3C protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 983 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible APOBEC3C-associated genes across cancer lineages are LMNB1, SOX4, and PRR14L. Each is linked with APOBEC3C in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APOBEC3C-to-partner and partner-to-APOBEC3C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, APOBEC3C versus LMNB1 in LUNG_SCLC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (APOBEC3C→partner) and Y-score (partner→APOBEC3C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
