APOB

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, APOB protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,577 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible APOB-associated genes across cancer lineages are IL6, SOCS3, and MMP19. Each is linked with APOB in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APOB-to-partner and partner-to-APOB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, APOB versus IL6 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (APOB→partner) and Y-score (partner→APOB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
