APOB

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, APOB mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,612 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible APOB-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCL14, PBK, and ZWILCH. Each is linked with APOB in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APOB-to-partner and partner-to-APOB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CCL14 grouped by APOB-low versus APOB-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (APOB→partner) and Y-score (partner→APOB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
