Across TCGA patient cohorts, APOB mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 94 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible APOB-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-7-cleavedD198, GAPDH, and TFRC. Each is linked with APOB in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APOB-to-partner and partner-to-APOB results are reported.
