APOB

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, APOB mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 882 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible APOB-associated genes across cancer lineages are TUBA4A, AP1AR, and PYURF. Each is linked with APOB in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APOB-to-partner and partner-to-APOB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TUBA4A grouped by APOB-low versus APOB-high in OVARY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (APOB→partner) and Y-score (partner→APOB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
