APOA2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, APOA2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,575 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible APOA2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HCK, ITGAM, and ARRB2. Each is linked with APOA2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APOA2-to-partner and partner-to-APOA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, APOA2 versus HCK in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.65.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (APOA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→APOA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
