APOA2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, APOA2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,026 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible APOA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are LYVE1, CXCL12, and CD93. Each is linked with APOA2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APOA2-to-partner and partner-to-APOA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, APOA2 versus LYVE1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (APOA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→APOA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
