APMAP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, APMAP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 903 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible APMAP-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR7E97P, MIR181B1, and LMLN-AS1. Each is linked with APMAP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APMAP-to-partner and partner-to-APMAP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR7E97P grouped by APMAP-low versus APMAP-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (APMAP→partner) and Y-score (partner→APMAP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
