Across TCGA patient cohorts, APMAP mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 26 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible APMAP-associated genes across cancer lineages are 14-3-3_beta, EGFR_pY1068, and ERCC1. Each is linked with APMAP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APMAP-to-partner and partner-to-APMAP results are reported.
